  • Changing Address or Other Mistakes

    Entered some incorrect information during checkout? Need to update the name, address, note or anything else.

  • What can/can't my custom note say?

    We are very strict with the content of custom notes. Reasons for note rejection include hate, harassment, threats, accusations, foul language or anything you wouldn't send your own mother (assuming your mother is not an enemy of course).

    You may use adult content for recipients over 18, but make it obvious that you are using it jokingly with a friend or mate.

    Unacceptable notes will be replaced with our default note.

    You might not think this is a very big deal—“It’s just a bit of glitter, after all,” you say—but let us correct you. This is not just a bit of glitter; this is a lot of glitter. Make friends with it now, because for the next few days, weeks, and months this glitter will be your constant companion.

    You will find it on your skin, in your hair, even the most delicate of places. Wherever you go, you will leave a trail of glitter in your wake. You have just been anointed the King Midas of Glitter and will soon begin turning your dearest friends and most prized possessions into living monuments of glitter.

    If you’re wondering what to do now, we have a suggestion or two. First, you might want to try vacuuming up any excess glitter you can. Don’t get us wrong, this won’t help at all, but it’s always funny to imagine your feeble attempts to rid yourself of your well-deserved craft herpes—so why not humor us?

    Secondly, remember the old adage: Don’t get mad, get even. Shipping a magnificent envelope of glitter right back to the adversary should do the trick. It might not be original, but it will definitely be effective. Not sure which enemy sent it?

    If the item has not been shipped we can offer a 50% refund, no refunds once shipment has been made.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped a confirmation email will be sent. See transit chart below for delivery estimate:

    Domestic (US Address):
    Standard: 4-8 days (USPS First Class Mail)
    Priority: 2-4 days (USPS Priority Mail)
    Express: 1-2 days (USPS Express Mail)

    International (Non-US Address)
    Standard: 14-30 days (USPS First Class Mail International)
    Priority: 6-16 days (USPS Priority Mail)

  • How do I track my order?

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. If you selected a shipping method that includes tracking, a tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order by using the Order Lookup Feature
    Our free shipping DOES NOT include tracking, your shipment confirmation email may contain a tracking link, this link is not an actual tracking number and will not update.

  • My order has not arrived yet, what can I do?

    Please review our Delivery Time chart to estimate how long it will take for your order to arrive. The post office might be having an off day so give them an extra few days. If there is no progress with the tracking and you think it is lost please Contact Us

  • Delivery Methods

    All shipments are sent by the United States Postal Service and we use the following services: First-Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority-Express Mail. A signature is not required upon delivery. You can expect the package to be delivered at the same time as your regular daily postal mail, although some Priority-Express shipments may be delivered separately.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    Yes.

  • Is it completely anonymous?

    If you believe there may be negative ramifications should the receiver find out who ordered the product, we ask that you don't order. Our products are intended as a fun gag gift between friends and not an object to deliver hate.

    Buyer information is not included anywhere on the parcel, unless you include personal information in your personalized message. We ship from an anonymous PO Box, so the recipient will never know unless you tell.

    If we are contacted by a recipient, we will offer to contact the buyer and give them the option to voluntarily reveal themselves to the recipient. We will never give the recipient buyer information directly.
